Why this program

Developing young leaders is personal to me. In 1999, I did a business traineeship — my first experience of real opportunity. The organisation wasn't set up to develop me, but its people were: a handful of leaders took the time to teach me, and it shaped how I think about leadership to this day.
Not long after, I had my first experience working on a full graduate program — not as a participant, but helping deliver it. The leader running it was the most inspiring I'd worked for, and still is someone I look up to, even if he doesn't know it.
Since then, growing emerging leaders has run through my career — building mentoring programs, running graduate programs, and coaching across industries. It's the work I find most rewarding, and where I know I add the most value.
Coming soon — a program built for the next generation of leaders, shaped by everything I wish had been in place for me.
What it will build
- A practical foundation in leading people, not just doing the work
- Confidence in the conversations that shape a team
