The People Accelerator is a six-month organisational transformation designed for cohorts of 10–15 people leaders.


It integrates behavioural insight, structured development systems, workforce planning capability, and embedment support - strengthening leadership consistency and strategic alignment across your organisation.


This is not a workshop series.
It is embedded leadership capability architecture.

Delivery: Primarily Online

Workshops: 2 x 4-Hour Face-to-Face Sessions (Opening & Embedment)

Cohort Size: 10–15 Leaders


Each participant receives:


  • Behavioural & communication profiling
  • 4 x 2-hour integration and coaching sessions
  • 1 x 360-degree feedback session
  • Structured individual leadership development planning
